SAXONY!visit: BikeBusinessAdventure 6 – A Business Trip & Networking Event in Saxony

Information and objective

The cycling world will be visiting Dresden in September 2026 for the BESPOKED Handmade Bike Show 2026. In this context, interested foreign companies are invited to take part in a business tour through Saxony's bike industry and in networking events. Saxon companies will take part in the "Crossborder Cycle Connection" event.

Only B2B contacts can be accepted.  Upon registration, each participant can specifiy his / her interests and needs for cooperation. Your application needs to be confirmed prior to the event either by the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation or by the project partner Cycling Saxony.

Your Benefits

The event will be open for international experts and decision makers from the bicycle industry. During the business trip, you will have the opportunity of being informed about the latest trends and solutions, talking to company representatives from Saxony, and identifying potential fields of cooperation.

Terms & Conditions

• Participants are required to organize their own travel to and from Saxony (Dresden).
• When registering for the event, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Participation for Events issued by the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation (WFS). The project is organized in cooperation with the Cycling Saxony network and the Dresden Chamber of Crafts. Registration data will be shared with those partners for operational purposes.
• With your registration for this event, you agree that the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation may also take photographs and videos during the event and publish them in online and offline media.
• The entire event will be in English.

Costs

The participation in "BikeBusinessAdventure Part 6" is free of charge but requires prior registration. 

The following project costs are covered within the project:

• Project management in Saxony
• Matchmaking
• Transfers in Saxony / company visits
• Optional: Translation assistance

The following costs are not included and need to be financed by the participants:

• Travel expenses to / from Saxony
• Accommodation costs in Saxony
• Costs for the preparation of your company presentation / marketing material
• Individual visits to tourist sites
• Individual appointments
• Individual bike tours on the weekend of September 12 and September 13 (see info at BESPOKED webpage)
• Tickets for the BESPOKED trade show & exhibition

This event is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxony state parliament. The client in this context is the Saxony State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor, Energy and Climate Protection, which supports the project. The event is part of a "SAXONY!visit project". The project is being coordinated by the Saxony Trade & Invest Corp. (WFS). Cycling Saxony e.V. as well as the Dresden Chamber of Crafts (Enterprise Europe Network partner) are going to support the project as co-organizers. The Crossborder Cycle Connection event is co-financed by the European Commission as part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)."

• Combine it with a visit to the “BESPOKED” in Dresden – The World's Biggest Handmade Bicycle Show, on September 11-13, 2026. 

Please note:  The agenda is preliminary and subject to amendments and / or alterations.

Bonus: 

• On Saturday, September 11, around 04:30 pm, the Peleton of European Peace Ride (EPR) will arrive in Dresden.  
• There will be a networking event at September 11, between 06.00 pm - 09.00 pm .
