Since 1981, IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH, based in Leipzig, has combined domestic consulting and international project work to bring together two complementary perspectives whose expertise reinforces and enriches one another.

The DINAK system, developed in collaboration with INL – Private Institute for Sustainable Land Management GmbH, makes the complex effects of agricultural activities visible. Efficiency, economic, and sustainability analyses transparently demonstrate whether modernization measures—such as new technology, digitalization, or modified processes—are ecologically, economically, and socially viable.

• Digital consulting with FarmAxis

The IAK software FarmAxis aggregates farm data, enables comparability, and supports decisions based on sound business principles. This allows farms to identify potential early on, for example in livestock management, crop production, or process organization.

• National and international focus

IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH’s international project work in agricultural economics, rural development, and sustainable agriculture brings fresh perspectives to German consulting practice—and at the same time, global projects benefit from the deep experience gained through domestic consulting. The company operates across the entire value chain, collaborating with research institutions, agricultural practitioners, processors, and technology partners, and can provide on-site support when needed. IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH draws valuable insights from projects in over 30 countries, which are shared in Germany—and in the same way, German expertise is transferred to international agricultural systems.
