Search online for industrial real estates

Currently, Saxony's industrial real estate online data bank contains about 260 available industrial and commercial lots as well as about 95 commercial and industrial properties in Saxony. The information is updated decentrally by the responsible regional economic development agencies and district county offices as well as further partners. For every industrial or commercial lot, you will receive a concrete profile and a specific contact person.

40,000 POTENTIAL BUSINESS PARTNERS

Since 2004, the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation (WFS - Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH) has been operating an online company database. This database currently contains more than 40,000 entries which are maintained and updated by the companies. It is possible, for example, to search the data records for regions, branches (NACE or technology sector), or turnovers.

WE POOL THE EXPERTISE OF OUR PARTNERS FOR YOU

We at the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation (WFS - Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH) are stakeholders in Saxony’s economic development program. We consider it to be our job to connect municipal and regional stakeholders from all of Saxony with one another and with our partners from around the globe. We are the business community’s link to Saxony’s State Government and its authorities. We are the strategic cooperation partner of the branch networks in Saxony. Important partners in this also include the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and Crafts (HWK) as well as Saxony’s Development Bank (SAB). Such cooperation is used to the benefit of various subject-specific work groups / initiatives – for example, Saxony’s Foreign Trade Initiative (AWIS) and the “Arbeitskreis Sächsischer Wirtschaftsförderer,” a work group of Saxony’s economic development agencies.

In so doing, we always focus on the needs and requirements of our target groups. This really pays off for you: You have a question, a request? We know the answer or at least the right contact person for you.

The Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation (WFS - Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH) publishes a number of brochures, flyers, presentations, fact sheets, etc. which are designed to introduce the business location Saxony, select branches, and Saxony Trade & Invest’s work. For some of Saxony’s key industrial branches, Saxony Trade & Invest has also compiled the so-called “logo cards” which contain the logos of select companies.
