SAXONY!visit BikeBusinessAdventure 4 – A Business Trip & Networking Event in Saxony

Information and objective

The cycling world will be visiting Dresden in October 2024 for the BESPOKED Handmade Bike Show 2024.

In this context, interested foreign companies are invited to take part in a business tour through Saxony's bike industry and in networking events. Saxon will take part in the "Crossboarder Cycle Connection" event.

The event will be open for experts and decision makers from the bicycle industry in Europe and Saxony. During the business trip, you will have the opportunity of informing yourself about the latest trends and solutions, talking to company representatives from Saxony, and identifying potential fields of cooperation.

• Gaining direct access to expertise and innovative potential
• Presenting your company, your services, your products, and / or your best practices

The organizers look forward to discussing the future prospects of the bike industry and its development in the public sector and to exchanging experiences in advancing and promoting two-wheeled products with you.

Terms & Conditions

• Participants are required to organize their own travel to and from Saxony (Dresden).
• When registering for the event, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Participation for Events issued by the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation (WFS). The project is organized in cooperation with the Cycling Saxony network and Handwerkskammer Dresden. Registration data will be shared with those partners for operational purposes.
• Introduction and publication of participants’ photos and videos: With your registration for this event, you agree that the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation may also take photographs and videos during the event and publish them in online and offline media.
• The entire event will be in English.

Costs

The participation in BikeBusinessAdventure Part IV is free of charge but requires prior registration. Only B2B contacts can be accepted.  Upon registration, each participant can specifiy his / her interests and needs for cooperation. Your aaplication needs to be confirmed prior to the event either by the Saxony Trade & Invest Corporation or by the project partner Cycling Saxony. The number of participants is limited.

The following project costs are covered within the project:

• Project management in Saxony
• Matchmaking
• Transfers in Saxony / company visits
• Optional: Translation assistance

The following costs are not included and need to be financed by the participants:

• Travel expenses to / from Saxony
• Accommodation costs in Saxony
• Costs for the preparation of your company presentation / marketing material
• Individual visits to tourist sites
• Individual appointments
• Individual bike tours on the weekend of October 19 and October 20
• Ticket for the BESPOKED trade show & exhibition
