Silicon Saxony: Muratec and InSeCoTec break ground

Murata Machinery Europe GmbH and InSeCoTec GmbH are taking an important step in their respective corporate development on August 21, 2025 in Dresden. - Murata builds its first training center and InSeCoTec its new company headquarters in Dresden.

Muratec is proud to announce the establishment of its first European training center and the opening of a new technical support office in Dresden, Germany. With this important step, the company is sending a strong signal of its commitment to customer service and training throughout Europe. The new center offers technicians the opportunity to acquire practical know-how and in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and processes. The aim is to sustainably strengthen technical skills, ensure the highest standards of quality and precision and support the long-term operational efficiency of its customers.

At the same time, InSeCoTec GmbH is building its new headquarters on the same site, but in a separate location. Founded in 2017, the company has experienced continuous growth in recent years. The new location will enable the company to make internal processes more efficient, develop existing know-how in a targeted manner and build up additional expertise in the future, which will ensure the long-term development of the company in the long term.

Murata Machinery, Ltd, headquartered in Japan, develops and manufactures a wide range of factory automation equipment and systems. The company sets industry standards in terms of quality, precision and reliability, especially as a leading supplier of AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems) for semiconductor factories. Murata Machinery Europe GmbH is the European headquarters of the Muratec Group. Within Muratec's extensive partner network, InSeCoTec GmbH is a professional service partner for the AMHS business for semiconductor factories and is responsible for the precise installation, commissioning and expert maintenance of these systems. Their perfectionist approach and many years of experience ensure that highly complex systems reach their full potential in production environments.

These two independent construction projects in close proximity will enable the companies to further deepen their trusting cooperation and tackle future challenges even more efficiently. At the same time, they underline Dresden's growing importance as a leading European location for semiconductor and automation technology.
