Three years after graduation, it is clear that graduates of HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management earn the highest salaries compared to other business schools in Germany. According to the current Masters in Management Ranking of the Financial Times, no other management master's program in Germany currently offers a higher return on educational investment.

  • Lifelong career support

HHL also ranks among the world leaders beyond the question of salary. Even during your studies, the in-house career service helps you take the next step. After graduation, it remains a point of contact for the entire professional life. This builds bridges to the job market, securing 2nd place in Germany, 3rd place in Europe and 5th place worldwide. In addition, 89 percent of graduates accept a job offer within three months of graduation. This year, too, many have managed to get a job at top companies such as Amazon, Beiersdorf, Bosch, KPMG, McKinsey, Roland Berger, UniCredit or Zeiss.

  • A network that opens doors

From Leipzig to New York to Singapore: HHL alumni are now active in more than 70 countries. Over 4,000 members and around 50 meetings a year make the network one of the most effective of its kind. Conversations lead to jobs, contacts lead to international career opportunities. It is therefore no coincidence that it is ranked 2nd in Germany, 7th in Europe and 9th worldwide.

  • Studying with long-term benefits

"Anyone who decides to study at HHL is investing in an education that pays off financially as well as personally and professionally," says Prof. Dr. Tobias Dauth, Rector and Commercial Director of HHL. "Our teaching is consistently geared towards the needs of the market. This is what makes our graduates so attractive to companies. With their practical knowledge, they can take on responsibility from day one," adds Prof. Dr. Alexander Lahmann, COO and Vice Dean Programs.
