Machines, machining centers as well as complete production lines of the NSH Group are used in many industrial branches around the globe. The extensive portfolio of products which are machined and processed with innovative technologies ranges from lightweight gear parts all the way to hydraulic components weighing many tons.

Based on more than 185 years of experience in German and American mechanical engineering, the NSH Group always repositions itself again. The challenges of decarbonization and digitalization are addressed by the Group in such a way that new machines and technologies are developed which are designed, for example, to produce components for electrified drive and propulsion systems and electrolyzers for the generation of hydrogen.

About 330 employees at the NSH headquarters in Chemnitz develop and produce machines and technologies of the NILES-SIMMONS brand. Another 80 employees manufacture grinding machines of the WOTAN brand in Glauchau near Chemnitz. Machine tools and special-purpose machines of the RASOMA brand are produced in the City of Döbeln, Saxony. Other production sites of the NSH Group are located in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as in China and the USA.
