It is one of the most efficient and modern dairies in Europe: firmly rooted in the region, around 3,000 employees in Leppersdorf produce almost everything that can currently be made from the versatile and valuable raw material in the interests of optimal, almost 100% utilization of milk. Whether milk, butter, yoghurt, cheese or whey derivatives for baby food through to bioethanol - the raw material milk is almost completely processed here.
