In addition to the precision machining of thin-walled structural components made of materials such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel—with lengths of up to 3,200 mm or diameters of up to 1,000 mm—PMG’s in-house paint shop, crack testing, and assembly are among the company’s key strengths. With this broad portfolio, the company is able to offer ready-to-install system assemblies to our customers.

As a long-standing supplier to the national and international aerospace industry, PMG manufactures kinematic and structural components as well as ready-to-install system assemblies. Its expertise ranges from flight-critical assemblies such as wing mounts to elevator and aileron components, as well as interior and fuselage stabilization. PMG’s core strengths lie in the manufacture of weight-optimized structural components and subsystems made from aerospace-certified materials. Customers include Elbe Flugzeugwerke, Airbus, Airbus Helicopters, Deutsche Aircraft, Embraer, and Pilatus.

In cooperation with renowned manufacturers in the aerospace industry, PMG produces components for rockets, satellites, and optical systems. The portfolio ranges from large load-bearing structures for the aerospace company SpaceX to housings and internal components for precision optics from Jena, as well as structural components for rockets and satellites.
