Registration (by September 15, 2024 at the latest)
Participation is free of charge but requires prior registration.
The following costs are not included and need to be financed by the participants:
- Travel expenses to / from Saxony
- Accomodation costs in Saxony
- Cancellation fees, travel insurances
- Individual transfers, catering, visits & appointments not included in the official agenda
This SAXONY!visit-project is funded by the Saxony State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor and Transport (SMWA) and organized by the Saxony Trade & Invest Corp. That is R42 - The Gaming Hub
R42 forms an ecosystem of the games and media industry on seven floors in Leipzig / Saxony. It combines gastronomy, events, content production, gaming, working and living in one building. This combination is unique in Germany. Here, the world of traditional business meets the games industry and promotes innovative concepts throughout the region.
The project is run by Leipzig-based Gecko Two GmbH, a young business development company that works with SMEs and start-ups to develop strategies for new business areas and to lay the foundations for innovation.
