BELCHEM develops, produces and markets textile, non-flammable high-performance fibers and yarns for the production of technical textiles, nonwovens and fiber-reinforced lightweight construction technologies. BELCOTEX® is the world's first and only non-combustible textile fiber.
BELCOTEX® fibers and yarns are the solution in the high-temperature range for innovative high-tech insulation, heat and fire protection, industrial filtration and sealing as well as for fiber-reinforced composites. BELCHEM offers short and long staple fibres - customizable in terms of the degree of technological application and the associated operating temperature - for processing into nonwovens, fibre-reinforced composites, moulded components and other fibre-based materials. The fibers and yarns are primarily used in the aerospace sector (e.g. for heat and fire protection in passenger cabins), in the automotive industry (e.g. for 3D molded parts) or for insulation and heat protection in industrial factories.
