Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH (WFS) is organising a virtual format for networking with Chinese contacts from the life sciences and medical technology sector.

In the webinar / virtual information event, you will be given brief industry-related insights into the German Federal State of Saxony's market. Find out what characterises the location, the business environment and the economic potential in Saxony. Use the one-on-one meetings te get in contact with new business partners and companies 

Both Saxon and Chinese guests are invited to participate in this format and to engage in bilateral dialogue. Take part and discover new perspectives for your business development.

After your registration, the contact partner of Saxony Trade & Invest Corp. in Wuhan - Ms Lianxi Xu -  will send you a PPT profile slide, which you can complete with your cooperation requests. This information will also be shared with the all guests before and during the event.

The dial-in link to the event will be sent to you in good time before the event. A recording of the impuls presentations is planned.

For the one-on-one meetings there wont be a recording, but we need to know, if your are capable to have a dialogue in English. Please provide and describe your language skills for German, English, Chinese using the phrases “none, beginner, expierenced, professional" etc.

• 09:25 am: Keynote speech China - tbd
• 09:40 am: Keynote speech - Differences in approaching companies. Tips for communicating with both sides / Ms Lianxi Xu, Representative of the Saxony Trade & Invest Corp. in China
• 09:55 am: Moderation and presentation of the planned virtual talks in so-called ‘break-out rooms’
• 10:00 am: Setting up one-to-one meetings (15 minutes each) and realisation of Break Out Session 1
• 10:20 am: Set-up of one-to-one meetings and realisation of break-out session 2
• 10:40 am: Set-up of one-to-one meetings and realisation of break-out session 3
• 11:00 am: Optional: Setting up one-to-one meetings and implementing break-out session 4
• 11:20 am: Optional: Setting up one-to-one meetings and implementing break-out session 5
• 11:40 am : Farewell and end

Questions & answers will be answered during break times during the break-out sessions.
